  • Participate in quality system processes, including deviations, change controls, CAPAs, and investigations into non-conformances.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and support the upkeep of laboratory instruments and manage QC laboratory inventory.
  • Carry out general lab support tasks such as equipment care and housekeeping.
  • Assist in training team members on environmental monitoring and microbiological testing procedures.
  • Draft, update, and maintain SOPs, protocols, and technical reports.
  • Contribute to the preparation of quarterly trend reports for environmental monitoring and critical utilities.
  • Ensure all work complies with cGMP documentation practices and regulatory expectations.

What you'll need to succeed -

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field, preferably microbiology.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a cGMP laboratory environment with hands-on microbiology work.
  • Practical experience using particle counters, viable air samplers, and gas sampling devices.
